We specify, source and supply all FF&E and OS&E required to implement a concept, and provide design and usage templates. We are also able to supply equipment for state-of-the-art commercial kitchens, satellite kitchens, show kitchens, open-fire kitchens, food trucks and much more.

BRANDING, MARKETING & PR

Food Concepts 360 houses a full-service agency for brand development, marketing and promotion via PR, traditional and social media, ensuring your share of voice in a highly competitive market. We design marketing collateral and packaging and provide corporate identity templates to ensure consistent application.

RECRUITMENT & TRAINING

We assist with recruitment of chefs and kitchen staff, and provide training for kitchen brigades and back- and front-of-house staff. Through our sister company The Chefs’ Connection, we recruit culinary directors, executive and specialist chefs to service our hospitality concepts.

MANUALS, GUIDELINES, TEMPLATES & OPERATING PROCEDURES

We provide the manuals, templates and documented procedures needed for continuity of the concept, with room for in-house innovation. We’re always available for after-service support as well as longer-term engagements in kitchen or restaurant management.
