The CEO of Food Concepts 360, Finian Conrad Gallagher is an award-winning, Michelin Star Chef and multiple Cookbook author with over 30 years of culinary experience. A visionary entrepreneur and formerly the owner and creator of his own world-renowned brands as well as being the CEO of Aura Hospitality in Qatar a company with 30 brands and 42 outlets, Finian Conrad is spearheading the development of all new Concepts around the globe from London, New York, Cape Town and Dubai taking the company to exciting and innovative new heights.

After spending many years in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York and most recently Abu Dhabi, Qatar and South Africa and now Bringing his unique flair to Food Concepts 360 Brands, the company has continued its successful expansion under him with the creation of new concepts from chocolate bars and Coffee Labs, Burger Hubs to Gourmet Pizzerias and organic juice bars Food Concepts 360 remains top of their game in Concepts design and development offering clients a 360 degree turnkey solution to opening their unique restaurant Concept.

Candice Gallagher

Candice Gallagher is our marketing manager and social media guru, and is a native of South Africa. Candice has been in the fashion industry as an international model for 20 years before studying marketing & social media. Candice enjoyed a successful career in corporate PR & marketing at leading hotel and restaurant groups around the globe, with stints in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and Dublin.

Candice manages the social media accounts for many of our clients from our Johannesburg & Dubai offices and offers a full Turnkey Solution to all marketing content needs.

Debbie Braun

Debbie has enjoyed a 20 year career working out of Cape Town and has dressed and styled front & back of house teams for international hotel and restaurant brands around the world. She has earned a stellar reputation for bespoke design, unique fabrics, thinking out of the box and delivering worldwide contracts with flair & precision – exceeding all our clients expectations.

Harout Khatchadourian

Harout Khatchadourian is our Director of Training and Development. He is an expert with Hotel & Restaurant openings and boasts over 15 successful openings, with more than 10 years of experience in Michelin Star Restaurants and 5 Star Hotels. He has worked and trained front and back of house teams for some of the leading restaurants in the world with long stints in Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and most recently South Africa. Harout is available for short & long term contracts as well as seminars, team building exercises and as an MC. He has also created a number of online training programs.

Shelley Husselmann

Shelley Husselmann works as a Director of Projects & Project Management. She has multidisciplinary project management experience spanning over 15 years, with a focus on hospitality, hotels, restaurants, retail and commercial interiors from inception to completion.

While preserving a vision of the larger project landscape, she coordinates granular detail, staying alert to risk and resolving issues as they arise.

Shelley has worked with leading architect firms as well as top interior designs around the world and has spent long stints in West and East Africa as well as Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar.

Our specialty Italian Pizza Chef joined Food Concepts 360 in December 2018 after working with us in Doha, Qatar on a number of restaurant projects and winning 4th Best Pizza Chef in the world at the Middle East World Pizza Award. Eris works on short and long term projects around the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Our specialty Sushi Chef, based in Madrid Spain. Daniel has worked for some of the best Sushi Chefs in the world. After studying in Japan he spent time at Roka, London as well as Nobu Park Lane.

Alain Shuang Bi

Alain joined Food Concepts 360 in December 2018 as specialty Chinese Chef with a focus of Dim Sum, although China based, he travels with us around the globe working on various projects.  Alain has worked in leading Chinese restaurants as well as holding senior chef positions in Hakasan.

Ken Lee is our specialty Chinese Chef specializing in traditional Hong Kong cuisine with modern influences, joined Food Concepts 360 in December 2018 with various long and short terms projects around the Middle East and Africa.

Pietro Bulgari

Pietro Bulgari

Pietro is our specialty Italian Chef joined Food Concepts 360 in January 2019 after working in some of Milan’s top Italian Michelin Starred restaurants. He is a Pasta Specialist with over 20 years experience and spends time between his home in Italy and servicing multiple high-end restaurant clients around Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Danny Lee

Danny Lee

Danny Lee is our speciality Japanese Chef. He joined Food Concepts 360 in January 2019, is Thai born but has spent many years working in Japan at many top Michelin Starred Restaurants, most recently doing a long stint as executive chef at Shangri La Dubai.  Dubai based, Danny Lee focuses on long and short term projects around the Middle East and Africa.
