Our Chef Consultants comprise a team of 18 international speciality chefs specializing in particular cuisines. They are supported by our chef and CEO Conrad Gallagher, a Michelin Star chef with over 30 years experience in multiple cuisines. Working with this team of development chefs allows a fast turnaround for Menu Development, Menu Upgrades, Menu Transformations, Reengineering Existing Menus or just simply freshening things up. We provide chefs for long and short term projects as well as offering a full management service for your total kitchen operations. We pride ourselves on developing bespoke menus for cutting edge cuisine that can be implemented in a matter of days, from menu design, recipes and photos, costings and menu engineering templates as well as chef training to Standard Operational Procedures.
