Food Concepts 360 is set apart by a consulting team of more than 20 top-flight international chefs – executive chefs and specialists in diverse global cuisines. This enables us to place food at the centre of new restaurant concepts and provide fast turnaround on menu development – whether it’s re-engineering or refreshing an existing menu, or creating a new concept from scratch.

The team is supported by Food Concepts 360 CEO Conrad Gallagher, a Michelin star chef with over 30 years’ experience in haute cuisine and We pride ourselves on developing bespoke menus for cutting-edge cuisine, supporting rapid implementation with menu engineering templates, recipes and costings, chef training and setting up standard operating procedures. Our chefs are available for long- and short-term projects and we also offer management and advisory services across the total kitchen operation.
