At Food Concepts 360, our expert Menu Development service includes Beverage Menu development as well as bespoke resort F&B and Beverage programs.
Our training curricula offer the versatility and flexibility of either on-site, in-person training by our expert chefs, or high-end, pre-recorded training videos, each tailored to specific kitchen brigade skill levels. On-site training allows teams to cover 10 menu items per day, including detailed working recipes, server notes, recipe cost templates, market lists, ingredient specification sheets and plating guides.
With our exclusive video curriculum, we take chef training a notch up with high-quality training videos to guide your team through each recipe, from sub-recipes to full dishes. This innovative approach allows you to train your culinary team with minimal disruption to daily operations. This bank of training footage allows each team member to upskill at their own pace, with the added benefit of repeated accessibility and a powerful resource for engaging new talent.
