The menu offers tapas, small plates, and larger dishes, highlighting fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative culinary techniques. Signature dishes include grilled octopus brochette, gazpacho with watermelon, ras el hanout lamb rump, and paella Valenciana, each showcasing the rich and diverse flavours of the region.
